Alii Ficus

Help! I have a Alli Ficus in my office that I take care of. Someone came to check it out for me already; re-potted it, trimmed it and rotated it. It's fairly new to this enviroment, (controlled climate skyscraper) and she told me it would shed a lot of it's middle leaves due to shock. The new growth seems really droopy or has brown spots on it. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!!
