hi - you must get in a professional. I have a similar problem and I'm blogging about it in one of my entries. In short, you must get it seen to and dealt with by a professional. They spray a really smelly toxin in every 5th floorboard in the room contanimated. So it will make quite a mess of the place. Anyway, if you want to keep updated with my blog...you can find it here:

hi - I did post a response to this but it didn't go through. I included a link to my blog. Anyway, you shouldn't use antifreeze and you should get a professional in. They spray a really toxic nasty smelling stuff in every fifth floorboard.

I'm documenting the renovation of my house and I may also have this problem. I will put in an entry about it when the time comes. You can find this on the property network - which is property-networks . net
