My daughter has got super glue on her school jumper, it has dried in. Anyone got any safe solutions on removal?

Acetone is a commonly used superglue remover, however I think it is more normally used to un-glue things, rather than remove it.

Acetone is the main ingredient in nail varnish remover � try dabbing some on a small test area, before making things worse.

If the jumper is a man-made fibre don`t use Acetone or else it will melt the fibre`s.
