I have recently removed an Ivy from my house wall. How do I get rid of the marks it has left? Scrubbing with a stiff brush does not work

you could try using brick acid either brush it on neat or dialuted and then scrub the stains, then wash of with clean water. if you use this method wear some rubber gloves. you can buy brick acid usualy in 5 litre containers at most builders merchants or diy stores ( focus ect ).
would a jet wash work?
Jet washing worked on mine. Make sure the rendering or brickwork will stand the pressure wash without damage.
