Contact the Government's Land Registry department, they list the owners of all properties. You may have to pay a small charge to access this information, which can also be done online.

.....unless you actually live in the property, when you can request the name and address of the landlord through the agent you deal with. They have a legal requirement to supply this information to you as a tenant within 4 days I think.

Otherwise, do as Velvetee says.
