I have a two year old wiseria that I now realise is in the wrong place in my garden. Can I move it? If so when would be the best time? Thank you.

Nov until feb is the best time....when the leaves have dropped and the plant is dormant.

When you transplant, just make sure there's no frost around and it's watered in well.
