I am looking for a 2 bedroom flat in London. Does any one know how much, in total all the bills would cost for an average flat?
I would be very grateful.

not including your mortgage you're looking at roughly the following:-

gas 30 - 40 p/m
electric 20 - 30 p/m
council tax 100 - 200 p/m
rates 25 - 40 p/m
home insurance 8 - 15 p/m
contents insutance 20 - 50 p/m
service charge (if its leasehold) - 250 p/a

but seeing as you've won 6 world snooker titles I'm sure you wont have any trouble paying it
Those numbers seem reasonable, though rates do not exist unless business premises. The council tax figure is in its place and looks OK.
Don't forget water rates!!

These can be 100-200 per annum.
