I know EDF have put their prices up from today. I have them for my electricity. My last reading date was 3rd November - should I read my meter now as I can forsee being expected to pay the price increase as of 15.01.08 with electricity used from 03.11.07

Ok, not to worry - I found the answer myself.
You may feel it to be of advantage to you to 'misread' this reading by a large amount thus paying for more electricity at the old price. Depends on your cashflow position.

yes I thought that may be a way round it. Thanks mate - I may well read the meter higher than it is.
