Stove Chimneys and wooden roofs

I'm trying to put a stove in my allotment shed. Anybody got any idea if theres a fireproof material I can use in the roof where the chimney goes through? I've got some masterboard for the back of the stove but the roof needs to be a bit more structural and I've got to weatherproof it with asphalt
