Hi all

How much should I expect to pay a floor fitter to fit glueless engineered real wood on a concrete floor which measures 28 square meters. The room has three doors. One pack of the (consists of six panels) panels covers 1.32 square meters, one panel measures 1090mm 200mm 14.5mm. I hope to put the underlay myself.

i know that floors2go charge between 7-10 per square meter and they use sub contract labour so i suppose it will be the same if you were to get someone in
I had a few quotes recently which all came out around 20/sqm. After seeing it done though I wish I had done it myself and saved the cash, very straight forward
Someone experienced at the job often makes it look easy. I am called in several times to put things right by people who consider a job to be easy!! and have then failed.

I will contact floors2go, thats a reasonably price.

ck1- I have seen a video on how to lay the flooring it looks practically possible, I'm thinking about going for it.

mrpeter - You are right that it seems easy when its shown by experts. I think I can do it expect around the doorways.
