Is the cotton easter poisonous to kids??

Have what I think is a cotton easter bush and wondered if it was poisonous to children at all???

It is not poisonous but I would not recommend they eat the berries as it still may cause an upset stomach. It may not appear on the list of known harmful plants but still not an idea to eat it.
