Hi, i'm thinking of buying one of these to spruce up the carpets, has anyone used this model and if so, are they any good? TIA

We have a Vax Rapide XL carpet washer , don't know if they are similar to the V028.
It is very easy to use, excellent results and the carpet is almost dry when you finish. We found it far better than the industrial ones you hire from diy shops.
Both our sons have used it in their own homes and have been very pleased with it.
