Not a question but I've Just been watching East Midlands Today and it featured a film of badgers & foxes sharing supper on the patio of a house near Liecester. I see plenty of foxes while I'm out with Max but It's years since I last saw a badger and here's this lucky guy doesn't even have to leave his house to see them together

Badgers come into a lot of peoples gardens these days- my sister has them as regular visitors. Unfortunately I dont! I have to go out and sit by a sett around sunset. Basically if they dont come to you you have to make an effort to see them!

I know burnhal, I dont know if its something about me but I've sat out for hours with a friend of mine who is a forestry ranger and the badgers never show, but the nights befoe and after they've been all over the place. Unfortunatly the only ones I see are those lying at the road side. We do get to see a good range of wild life so I cannt complain too much my personal favorite being is watching the deer fetch there fawns down to drink at the local pond it's not often I manage to catch them but when I do it's a magic moment
my wife and i had an amazing encounter with a badger 2 years ago.been out for a walk early summers evening and got back to car and stood having a fag.on the farm track we'd just walked down came running a badger.it went under the gate, stopped about 2 feet from us,looked at us then carried on.we could hear it panting.and some folk sit out all night waiting to see one!!!!
