You must have processed five payments ?

When you press the button - make a bid - thats a legally binding contract, you will pay that amount if you win the auction. Now you also must have pressed five buttons, all giving you the same warning and all giving you a chance to not bid and asking you if you are sure. Its difficult, without reading the warnings to accidentally bid on five different books from five different sellers.

I'm afraid you're stuck with them, you'll have to sell them on.
I agree with almcd007, even as a begginer it is very difficult to agree to buy 5 of anything without agreeing to 5 different purchases!! ebay is fairly foolproof!! unless you have been conned!
She doesn't have to be stuck with them, she coudl try and contact the sellers to see if they offer a return policy some do, i am a seller on there and would accept returns in some circumstance, not all sellers are non understanding, you may be stuck with some of them, and you could try selling them on there. But first i recommend contact the sellers and see what responce you get, explain you are a newbie and what you did by mistake.
We all make mistakes you know you just made 5 of them. lol
x good luck.
sorry i assumed you are a she, i apologise i just re-read and no where does it mention you are a she.
By the way i am a she
confused 79, I think I understand why you chose your name.

John
Yeah spot on, i hope you meant the she and he thing, cos im right about ebay.

no actually its from when i started posting on here, its a relationship thing.

But also i confuse everyone else with my rantings! lol
It is puzzling how you managed to order five books from five different sellers, but even more puzzling as to how you paid for them all withouy noticing. Just out of interest, could you tell us how you managed that?
I'm with Wellard lol
this makes no sense.

how can you 'accidentally' click on 5 identical items, click on 'bid now' 5 times, type in 5 bid amounts, confirm them 5 times, be told you are the highest bidder 5 times, win all 5 items, get 5 emails, pay 5 times, input your paypal details 5 times, confirm payment 5 times, receive 5 receipts - and still claim it was an accident?

sellers will not post an item until it is paid for..

i think perhaps it is you who is cooking up an idea for a scam and looking for information....?
You're right Joko. I agree with you. A person has to be really dumb to make such a mistake.
a friend of mine - not dumb but not entirely sober - somehow managed to do the same thing - only she bought four cars. She managed to persuade three of the angry sellers to let her withdraw her but is now banned from eBay (to her own relief).
Try returning some but check the listing to see if they will accept it. Maybe you need to read things before you press the buttons. Well, we have all been there, i ordered the same item twice a Bunny costume, i didnt do that again, especially when my boyfriend found them, wanted to know who else was joining us.
deffinatly a lie...other posts answers the question why i say this...
