We have bought a 1920's semi detatched and it has a very small kitchen. At the moment there is a door to the garden but I need to know can I get rid of this to create more usuable space. At present theres the front door hall leading to right is lounge then dining room and the kitchen is straight ahead we plan to put french doors in dining room so there would be 2 exits 1 to the fron one to the back but do I have to have an exit door from the kitchen ? Also anyone know of any cheap kichen companies that do clever kitchens for small spaces

You should speak to your local council's planning office to be sure. They are generally very helpful, and it could save you a lot of time and money.
