The leaves or the fruits?
is it lack of nitrogen, feed with higher strength, less potassium
Maybe they are yellow peppers
If the leaves are turning yellow it's possibly because they have been overwatered, under watered or are not getting enough nourishment. Also, do you have them outside at the moment? Recent temperatures have dropped quite low at night and it's really a little too early to have them outdoors yet until around mid-June. If it's under nourishment you can try some liquid tomato feed.
