How long after applying Boss Super Green with PTFE can you reconnect water supply?

If done properly then you can bring the water back online immediatley. Although just PTFE or BOSS is required not both. If i may add that the PTFE has to be wound round in the same direction as the thread or else the joint will fail !!!

totaly agree with gasman . there is no reason why you cant reconnect right away
