Normally there is a switch plate behind where the hob sits and would also include the wiring for the oven as well - the circuit is usually protected by a 30amp fuse.
Be safe If you're not sure get a competent person such as an electrician in to do it for you.

Thank you ! I have already been in contact with a professional electrician. Cant take chances with electricity!
