My friend is having trouble with her neighbours, they have overgrown conifers and won't cut them down. She has contacted the Council who haven't phoned her back, what should she do about getting them cut down? She knows she can trim back over her boundary, but it is the height that is the problem.I wondered if there was a Society on the internet that could help her, let her know if she needed a solicitor, etc. Many thanks in advance !

She should contact her local counciller about the problem, and also complain to him/her about the Council not calling her back. It's what they're there for.
