Are Ovenpads still made (for cleaning ovens)?

Yes, I bought some yesterday, non of the other stuff seems to work so well. I got mine in waitrose, my local tesco don't seem to do them

Thanks. I haven't seen them in years and those spray things freak me out.
they are in a red box and now labelled Kleenoff but are the same things
Yes I agree, you need a gas mask when using the sprays, so are they really safe! I've also seen Brillo pads in the shops, but not sure whether they would do the job or maybe scratch the surface!
Beware using ovenpads (i.e. the pierce-to-let-the-liquid-into the-pad type) on self-cleaning panels in an oven because they can be stripped of the essential coating. The pads are excellent on enamelled (usually shiny black with whitish specks) surfaces. To get self-cleaning panels to clear themselves of splatters, turn the oven up to near maximum and leave for an hour or so.
