Getting rid of damp smell from clothes

How do I get rid of the smell of damp from some clothes which were washed and not dried quickly enough? I've washed them a couple of times since but they still smell sour? Help!

I recently had to reinstall windows 2000 and I've obviously done something wrong. All images, e.g. screensaver, background and pictures etc on Internet Explorer have gone all fuzzy and hard to see....
