I finally found out where I recognised the woman from the BT advert from (the one with the guy from My Family) where she is setting up an account online.

She is the pathologist expert on the Waking the Dead drama .... It was diving me mad

I think she was in the early series of Spooks.

sorry she's not Frankie from waking the dead who was previously married to paddy garvey in soldier soldier. She was Tom's non spook girlfriend who was in the house with the bomb. Hope that helpsX
