Trumpet creeper

My climbing plant ,orange trumpet creeper has grown these wierd looking pods they look like small bananas
We have this plant for years and i have never seen them before,does anyone know what i should do with them.

Have you tried smoking them?
Hi carole, Campsis Radicans - the flowers are haemaphrodite. It has to be a very hot summer for them to produce seed pods., so this years weather may have had something to do with it producing pods. You could wait for them to ripen and then try sowing the seed in the spring. They may need to be kept in cold storeage to help germination. Skylight

I will have a go what you said ,i was getting a bit worried when Buildersmate said smoke them.
I thought what am i growing.
