Hi there, i'm just wondering what bulbls and plants etc I can start planting and growing in order to give as christmas gifts this year, or have I missed the boat?

Hi mimififi No you are not too late. September is about the right time. Plant close together in a 6" plastic pot - this will hold either 3 hyacinths, 6 tulips. 6 daffs or about 6 crocus. The bulbs should be in garden centres around now along with bulb fibre.After planting water and put in a cold cupboard, dont allow to dry out but dont overwater. Bring out around 3 weeks before Christmas. Skylight
Make sure the hyacinths are the special ones for Christmas flowering not the ordinary ones for spring flowering
