Bovis housebuilders sunday 5am

There is land in the birmingham area,where houses are being built by the bovis company,problem is that they are using mechanical diggers at 5 am on a sunday morning...is this legal?,or how can i find out...many thanks.

It will 99% certainly convene the constraints placed by the Planning Department when they granted Planning Permission. Check with the Planning Department of the local authority and complain like hell to Bovis Regional office handling the site. It will be a subcontractor to Bovis doing the groundworks but its still Bovis' responsibility. New build usually allows for construction between 0730-1700 M-F and Saturday mornings.
I would have a word with your local environmental health department. Let them deal with them, if possible try and get some video of the sub-contractors working at these times.
