I am in the process of trying to purchase an authentic Marc Jacobs Stam bag on eBay and am desperately trying to find out what colours it actually comes in so I don't get duped. I have phoned all the major dept stores (most of which are sold out or inaccesible) and checked the marc jacobs website but to no avail. Can someone please provide me with the answer and also is the lining of the bag always a pink/plum colour or does it vary for different colour exteriors?

have you tried www.exluxury.com

its an american site which sells marc jacobs handbags n other designer stuff as well.

I personally wouldnt buy the handbag on ebay as the fakes can look like a genuine - even the tags and so forth but when you take it to the retailers to see if its a geniune they will say its not - its an A class grade copy.

My aunt has experienced this and now she will stick to bond street stores or harrods or selfridges.
Hello
I would def agree with London Hippo. Unfortunately most of the bags on ebay are fakes - why can you buy the bag cheap on ebay if they are sold out elsewhere???
If you need more info about the bags - check out Net-a-porter. They sell the genuine item. http://www.net-a-porter.com/product/16800
Good luck x

Thanks for your answers guys, I'm not buying it on eBay because it's cheap, but because I can't find the particular bag I want anywhere else (in terms of colour, etc).
I am prepared to pay full whack for the bag, but the outlets (internet and otherwise) do not have the exact one I want. So does anyone know what colours it comes in please?
