Bath repair.

I have an acrylic bath which has tea coloured marks over it which I think were caused by bath salts. They look a bit like fat deposits and feel rough. I've tried every cleaning product, even T Cut and bleach. I even tried scraping one of the marks to see if it was on the surface, but the mark got worse. Help!
