For dinner I am having Cauldron vegetarian sausages, pasta and pesto and salad. would you say that is healthy, or not? I am not consciously trying to be, that is just what I like. I don't eat steaks and liver and goose etc, and I hate McDonalds etc.

What did you have- and were you thinking about your health at the time, or just what you wanted to eat?

i had vegetable lasagne.that was a good varied nutritious meal you had. Im vegetarian so have lots of cauldrons products, their tofu is delicious, and very good for women to have tofu.xx

we had falafel, in pitta bread, with homemade guacamole (advocado mashed with sour cream and salsa), lettuce, cucumber, celery, radish, tomatoes and red onions....

i always think about our health, fish and chips is rare fodder for us, and yet we drink wine every evening....

I had a green salad with chickpeas, a wholemeal pitta bread and some hummous. Sounds horribly healthy.
That pesto can be very high in fat. Tomato sauces are generally lower in fat, but not to everyones taste.
