How do I remove old polystyrene tiles from a ceiling?

They are usually stuck on with dabs of glue in each corner. The easiest way to remove them is to get a wallpaper stripper (a scraping tool, not a steamer) and prise this under one edge. Then scrape them off horizontally. Good Luck!
