This Guy Would Make Football More Interesting To Watch

This guy is Clesio Moreira dos Santos, he is from Brazil.  He is entertaining and much more fun to watch than football.  I assumed that he was Gay but he is not.  His style of refereeing is based on that of Jorge José Emiliano dos Santos.

He should have been an aerobics teacher😁

That clip is years old. I saw it ages ago. I bet he lives in a retirement home now. I don't recall anyone ever copying his style of refereeing though!

He retired in 2004.  Born in 1958, so he may be taking it easy. 

Things seem to get a bit heated in Brazil so maybe his prancing around helped calm things down

He can ru faster backwards than I can run forwards.
