Yeah, Another Bonk Holiday Weekend Is Upon Us ;o)

Going to have a full house, Me, Mrs B. Tash, her Sister Ana, with another Sister, BIL and dog arriving tomorrow sometime, and Nat a colleague of Tashs is still here while she sorts out a flat.
Gonna be fun. no real plans, a lot depends on the weather, we shall see.

Anyone got anything good planned?

Eating out Saturday night with friends we haven't seen for a time, looking forward to it.

Just home, nice surprise, did not know Ana was coming down, knew about the others, so fun to be had hopefully.
Ana is almost exactly a year younger than me and is my absolute twin, we do tend to confuse the Local regulars when we go down there :-)

I might get down to Notting Hill on Monday, although I'd have to go a long way round to avoid rail engineering work.

It's quite a few years since I last attended the Carnival and I think that my hearing has just about recovered enough by now to give it a renewed blasting from the sound systems ;-)

Cooking a chinese curry tonight, with crispy duck and pancakes for starters.

Sunday I'm doing a roast leg of lamb extravaganza with apple and pecan crumble with toffee sauce and vanilla custard for pudding.

Next weekend, we're all heading to St Ives!

so pray what is an extravaganza? Roast pork loin here, lemon and black pepper, garlic in it - homemade apple sauce with a smidge of maple syrup used, greens and mashed. Hopefully some porky sarnies for the weekend.
