Existing Wooden Building
4 Answers
I have split my property and ground into separate plots, and sold my property in an acre of garden, but the other half is in 4 acres and has a log building on it which has a toilet and shower, 1 bedroom, kitchen and lounge...it's been there since I bought the main house some 20 years ago, it's not visible from any road. Question is, as I have been using it for the last 7 years during summer months ( arthritis stops me using stairs) and intermittently during winter (log burner heats water and radiators) can I carry on using it (own entrance from road).
