Friday. Lots of electronic knots to be untied this morning. Ain't technology wonderful.

The sky is clear, Venus is shining brightly right in front of me. A wee bit of a nip in the air though, but it will warm up.

I'm now officially a volunteer for the hospice, so I'm a happy bunny. :o}

The Gtech gallop today. I used the Gtech Multi (the hand held one) to do the inside of the car yesterday, did the job in ten minute instead of about an hour or more. Brilliant!

Have a happy day everyone.

Looks like a good smithy minty.
Haha Minty, perhaps I wasn't far off. Many a true word spoken in jest. Busy day for me again. Just had a new 10ftX8ft lean to shed put up after the old wooden one had got to the stage where it was more repair than original. Today go to get a bit of guttering and a water butt and fit it. Get the timber to make myself a proper workbench, and make a start on a ring main extension through the bedroom wall for power in there. Tip.....we had a new raised base laid so that it stays dry in there and were obviously left with a smooth concrete floor that needed to be sealed or painted. Yesterday in an hour I laid the new rubber interlocking 600mmx60mm floor tiles, absolutely brilliant product. Truth be told two of the neighbours were out and about and when they saw what I had done both said they were off to get the same for their garages/sheds.
may need him to make a hand rail for new porch entrance..mate's rates I hope !

Well done togo. Those tiles are brilliant aren't they. So easy to lay too.
busy day Togo..rubber tiles sound a good idea if your floor is up to it..my shed has wooden floor raised off concrete base so there would be too much give in it for that I fear, have laminate effect vinyl down, which is easy clean...
just watching about Paris' latest terror attack..gawd who'd live there ?

Workmen left me a roll of flooring damp course. Some of it is the floor in my shed, it's on a concrete base, so the damp proof material is ideal.
Morning, everyone. Minty, my dad used to make wrought iron things like that. I don't know how, as he's not a blacksmith.
Lovely stuff, though.
Good morning everybody
