got brand new wash/dryer, old machine was putting my clothes out very stiff / wrinkly and impossible to iron, so i buy a new one a beko dryer washer.

same thing is happening ............help !!!!!!

Is there any chance that your clothes are made of wrinkly cardboard?
That would explain a lot.
