Anyone suggest the best way to remove moss from our sloping tarmac driveway. Used jeyes fluid in the past but anyone recommend anything else?

Avoid at all costs anything containing ferrous (iron) sulphate - it's an effective moss-killer, but leaves a brown stain (iron) on tarmac, concrete, etc.

Is "does what it says on the tin" the most annoying, over-used saying, ever?

crosspatch - google Moss Terminator it advises against anything containing chlorides and other like substances because of bleaching, but I can't disagree with divebuddy because all I use is a power hose.
The best thing to use is bio soap powder was told this tip and works great just sprinkle it on and leave.

I agree, gingejbee ...

"does what it says on the tin" is the most annoying, over-used saying, ever!
I mean even on this thread it has been used 2 more times than was necessary
A high pressure jet wash will remove it.

Disinfectant will stop it it growing in the winter.

Bleach, leave the moss a few days until it turns Black and then brush it away.
I also recommend Wet and forget.
I was told to put cheap washing powder on it, leave a few days and then brush. Just did this today so l hope it works
salt. But don't use it if it could run off into flowerbeds or other bits that you don't want to damage
Choose a time when you can avoid using the drive for 2/3 days. Sprinkle soda crystals over the area and water with a watering can. (Or if rain is due, let it rain on the crystals) Do not jet wash as you withh simply spray the crystals everywhere else!

After a couple of days, brush the dead moss away. This method is easy and effective leaving a clean non slip surface. It also prevents the moss from returning for a few years.
Armillatox is very efficient.
power wash and brush down with bleach solution..only if not draining into flower beds etc though !
Don't use a power washer on tarmac - in will only break it up in the long run - just ask the guys who repair it ( the honest ones ).
I use sodium hypochlorite.
