Any ideas welcomed for removing drawers from Caplan filing cabinet. No obvious release tab

Where Do I Post This About Washing Machines And The Liquid Detergent That Smells Foul And Gunges Up The Insides Of Themachine Causing The Items To Be Speckled With Gunge.

Have you tried pulling them fully out and tilting them up?

Someone once told me that the way to unjam a filing cabinet is to turn it upside down. They might have been having a laugh. I never tried it. Inverting a fully laden filing cabinet will take two strong people I think.

Dunno about Caplan, but here's one way, (Instead, there may be levers at the back of the drawer that have to be pushed down)...

Many thanks for ideas. Problem solved by finding big man who could lift & carry the cabinet without removing drawers !!
