No. Not dealt with that company. Don't know whether it's relevant but my dad was advised to get a bath lift/seat rather than a walk in bath. Worked out at a fraction of the price and no sitting around getting cold waiting for the bath to fill/empty.
There might be a shop near you that has many different bath aids for you to try before you choose what you want. All of them have plusses and minusses. I wouldn't be looking at any bath aid company that only supplies one or thwo things because that is what they push you to buy.
I bought bath seat that has battery and lowers you into bath for my husband. He just sits on it and doesn't lower it so would have been better just to get simple seat.
