But not quite...Finished the ponds and left side of garden so decided to dig where I have lifted the grass on the right..and some bu99er has buried a soddin' wall about an inch under the soil...no wonder the grass was poor.
So instead of digging and planting it's hiring a skip and breaking up what seems to be a long wall...
Unless it's the foundations of my house that I am demolishing in my enthusiasm.....

It wasn't a brewery was it? Had the same thing once; the "buried wall" turned out to be the brick courtyard of an old brewery! If it is, keep any bottles you find; they may be worth money

Well, if I extend the patio to cover any bodies I shall hire the dishy builder but the rest I am doing myself.....in fact...
A friend came to dinner recently...no prizes for guessing who cooked...and a wooden spoon was needed. I knew I had one somewhere because I used to make decorated wooden spoons for brides and this was a reject. No spoon in the kitchen...but I found it today...with my cement bucket.....it makes a good mixer for small amounts....and what you can do with a whisk is nobody's business! :-) xx
