Who is responsable for the pointing on my chimney stack ? On the side of the stack that faces my neighbours roof it seems that the brickwork is in need of pointing. On the other three sides adjacent to my roof the pointing is sound and had been recently done. I can't understand why someone would point three sides but not the side facing next door ??
