Flower ID - how to load picture?

I have a picture of a flower that I would love someone to identify but I'm not sure how to load it on here. Can anyone help with the technological side as well as the botanical?!

Oh that sounds familiar dave. I have done it before ages ago but have totally forgotten how to do it. I think i used photobucket so I'll go there and give it a go.
