Could anyone tell me is there anyway to speed up my compost to decompose, can you buy anything to speed the process up. Thanks in advance.

Most DIY or graden supply stores have enzyme additives for compost piles.  These are either liquid or granular formulations.  We've used them and seem to speed up the process...
Add some worms

Heat is a large factor. At the council composters they create massive piles so that the heat cannot escape which means the process is vastly speeded up.

On a personal scale and especially at this time of year it's difficult but anything you can do to help keep heat in like covering the top wih old carpet will help -personally I wouldn't waste a south facing wall on a composter but obviously that would help

Sounds grim, but adding urine helps to kick-start the process. Something to do with the high nitrogen content or something...
chicken manure is supposed to speed things up if you can get hold of it.
