Didn't you know Its the Blair
Broadcasting Corp

oh yeah! cos this government and the BBC have got on really well, haven't they?!

has everyone forgotten Hutton?

There are times when I'm really glad I don't work for the BBC. It gets a lot of flak from the government for being anti-Blair and so on, and a lot from the opposition for pandering to the government.

Just look at the whole Paxman - John Reid thing at the moment - anyone remember the Paxman - Michael Howard interview?

I honestly believe that the BBC is one of the best newsgathering outfits in the world (hell yes, I'm glad I don't live in the US) and they do a damn fine job of standing in the middle of a very difficult, unlevel playing field.
