Can anyone help me please? I've got a 4 year Ipod Nano which has suddenly gone berserk! When I switched it on, the screen showed all the tracks whizzing by and I couldn't switch it off. I've recharged the battery and restored it to factory settings BUT I keep getting a message telling me that it is in recovery mode and I need to restore it! I've done this now 4 times - I've switched the ipod and the pc off and on again. The online help menu doesn't explain what to do to get out of this circle. Can anyone suggest anything [not rude!] please. Many thanks.

Switch the hold switch to on then off again and press the centre button and menu buttons together till you see the apple sign come up.
Try connecting to Itunes again. Took me 3 attempts this way.
