I own a property in southern Spain that I want to sell. Could anyone give me any advice or recommend a reputable Estate Agent?

What sort of advice are you looking for,? has for a reputable agent you ask them to value your property, free if possible,if you are happy with their value then you ask them for the terms of their contract to sell such, if you are happy with the terms, you go ahead, if not go to another agent and repeat the above.
The market isn't great right now. Supply comfortably exceeds demand so prices are lower than they have been in the recent past. But you probably know that.
The cost of employing a notary to deal with the legal side adds up to about 7% of the selling price, I believe.
Blimey that notary fella is on a good number he makes a packet when you buy and another packet when you sell.
There are lots of reputable estate agents and there is a lot of property on the market at present so it is a buyers market.
