At the moment my house is up for sale, its getting to a point where my wages are just covering my outgoings, ive been to ccc, its getting harder for me each month, i'm getting to a point where i struggle to buy food , i have a 13 year old daughter, my house is on the market for 125 but i need to seel at this to cover my mortage and sercue loan, what will happen if i declare myself bankruped, and they sell the house for less, i will still be in debt, i feel as i i'm havig a breakdown,
