Hi has any 1 seen the new apartments on bridge road in prescot i think dylan harvey is building them what does every1 think of them an they area im thinking of buying 1 of them any 1 got any thoughts would be much appreicated.

Will you be able to get a mortgage on a Newbuild property easily? Many mortgage companies are cutting back the amount they lend on new properties.

I placed my deposit on a Newbuild in Leicester almost 2 years ago. Most recently, I had to stump up another �13K, as since then the property's value has crashed, plus Newbuilds tend to be overpriced in the first place.
