What kind of noise is it? I had a similar problem a few years ago with loud music. I used to call the Council, Environmental Health! They would come out and take decibel readings.

if they are being excessively noisy,you could ask them politely if they could keep the noise to a minimum if they dont then you have two options call the police or try and settle it between you.

aw poor you Red, this really can be a mega problem.

My ex used to live in a flat, downstairs a waster of a bloke lived, and we would be woke by him having sex with his girlfriend, and he was howling like a dog!!!
