I have heard form friends and relatives that there is some property law that states when selling a property, it must have at least one bath (having only a shower is not allowed).
Does anyone know if this is true? Also where can I find more info about this law?
If that is the case there will be a lot of people getting into trouble where I live, including the estate agents who are selling loads of cottages with just a shower room, and what happens if the person who lived there was disabled and can't get into a bath ? I have never heard of such a thing, I own two cotttages myself that only have shower rooms, and I am not in the least bit worried about that, they will be sold.
