Can white vinegar be re-used?

I have recently de-scaled my Tefal Quick Cup using white vinegar as per it's instructions. White vinegar is very cheap to buy, but I managed to decant it back into the two jars of it I bought.

In the interests of my being a skinflint and also 'saving the planet' (and the lovely glass bottles) is it ok to re-use in future? It looks just as clear as it did before the de-scale cycle. I'm just wondering if, not it's been heated up, it'll retain it's effectiveness?

Personally, I would use ot for future descaling but wouldn't use it for any culinary purpose as it will contain salts of the hardness it was used to remove.

It depends how much scale it has removed. As it removes the scale, it becomes less acid (the scale is alkaline) so it will work less well if used a second time, less well after that and so on until it won't work at all. Personally i would warm it again and pour it down my sink (s) to use any remaining descaling action on the pipes and buy frsh when you need to do the quick cup again
