Does anyone know where I can buy the wallpaper that Max and Tanya branning have in their hall and stairs (beige with round circles) in Eastenders please.

Have you looked in the usual diy stores? I dont think the Eastenders sets and props people source anything from anywhere unusual. Max and Tanyas walls feature several Ikea prints.
